Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary

**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary for this position ranges from $17 to $33 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
