- Immediately evaluate guest needs and customize your approach accordingly
- Support visitors by imparting knowledge about merchandise and providing assistance in resolving issues
- Assure the precise and swift completion of scanning, bagging, and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and well-ordered work environment
- Keep guests in the loop about discounts, recent additions, and store functions
- Inspire patrons to enroll in loyalty schemes and to potentially acquire store credit cards
- Guide customers in accessing and utilizing digital utilities such as the store app and online features
- Perform returns in adherence to store policies to meet customer needs effectively
- Expedite the process of fulfilling orders, facilitating drive-up pickups, and managing gift registry transactions
- Handle guest concerns effectively and peacefully, ensuring adherence to store policies
- Verify that products under regulation comply with the appropriate federal, state, and local legal provisions
- Aid in various aspects of store operations as needed to meet the demands of the business

- Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
