Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and ensure training designed and delivered for Airport Operations is effective and compliant.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain audit programs to identify and assess risk in training compliance for Airport Operation employees.
  • Conduct audits of training business processes to optimize training effectiveness.
  • Communicate audit objectives, testing progress, and results both in writing and verbally.
  • Partner with the AO Learning team and stakeholders to manage corrective action plans and process improvements.
  • Leverage data and technology to streamline audits and draw conclusions.
  • Maintain productive relationships with the AO Learning team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year experience in quality control, Airport Operations, or related work.
  • Ability to understand training programs, from design to delivery to record keeping.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Familiarity with auditing principles and how to assess risk.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally, up to 50%.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
