How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsibilities:
- Servicing of Amex Savings Accounts that will lead the way in evolving American Express’ servicing strategy
- Provide extraordinary customer care via phone to Banking customers
- Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests
- Supporting Customers with Banking transactions and funds inquiries
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries around rewards and redemption
- Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer service experience supporting banking and savings concern for international market is required.”
- Minimum 2 Years of + Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty
- Exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
- Technical proficiency to manage chats and multiple applications at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
