Responsibilities

  • Manage physical security operations and develop post orders.
  • Define security procedures and handle site incidents.
  • Work with security equipment and participate in construction projects.
  • Drive day-to-day process improvement activities and manage vendors.
  • Ensure consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in recurring site audits and reviews and test new security technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs such as Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in security patrolling and reporting.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years experience in security related documentation/reporting.
  • 1+ years experience with LENEL or C-cure systems.
  • 1+ years experience with trouble ticket systems for access requests and extraction of performance metrics.
  • 2+ years experience with investigations including accidents, thefts, disturbances, discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with security program automation and implementation.
