Operations Coordinator - Part-Time id-10482

Kopp Consulting is seeking an Operations Coordinator to report directly to the Chief of Staff and support data management, reporting and client deliverable management. Part-time, remote role with flexible schedule, estimated 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years of SalesForce.com sales cloud experience with strength in building or customizing reporting

  • Proficient in Excel with ability to create pivot tables and utilize formulas to create custom reporting and analyzing data

  • Experience supporting sales teams

  • Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency while meeting timelines

  • Ability to analyze and trouble-shoot process and technology issues

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience using SharePoint, ZoomInfo and email tracking platforms is a plus
