About Us:

Your Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for preparing orders for our customers. Your key tasks will include stocking products, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Store and stock products on shelves, pallets, bins, racks, coolers, freezers, and refrigerators while adhering to FIFO rotation.
- Picking and Packing: Pick and pack products to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Loading and Unloading: Move heavy products to and from storage areas, such as trucks, shelves, or vehicles.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposing of trash and keeping the area tidy.
- Inventory Management: Utilize inventory software to track and log products received and taken out for order fulfillment.
- Customer Service: Provide assistance to chefs and kitchen staff in finding merchandise and answering their queries.
- Display and Labeling: Organize product displays on racks, shelves, and pallets, ensuring easy access for kitchen staff, and label items with prices, stock numbers, and expiration dates.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Familiarity with FIFO and food safety regulations.
- Reliability, punctuality, and regular attendance essential.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack (helpful but not required).
- Previous experience in a food facility (helpful but not required).
- Able to stand or walk for 8 hours, carrying up to 50 pounds, and occasionally work in a cold refrigerated area kept at 35 degrees.
