- Oversee all logistics operations and ensure efficient and timely movement of products.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
- Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
