- Greet and welcome customers to the Costco Logistics Home Showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the showroom to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information about products and pricing.
- Organize and restock products on the showroom floor to ensure a full and visually appealing display.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the showroom.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the appropriate department.
- Utilize organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
- Assist with setting up and taking down displays for special promotions or events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all customer needs are met and to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory and customer transactions.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay informed about company policies and procedures.

Strong Customer Service Skills: The Home Showroom Clerk Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, So It Is Essential That They Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Able To Handle Customer Inquiries And Concerns Effectively.Attention To Detail: As A Home Showroom Clerk, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Maintaining The Appearance Of The Showroom And Ensuring That All Products Are Displayed Correctly. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure That The Showroom Is Always Neat, Organized, And Visually Appealing To Customers.
Basic Math And Computer Skills: The Job May Involve Processing Sales Transactions And Handling Inventory, So Basic Math And Computer Skills Are Necessary For Accurate Record-Keeping And Handling Of Cash And Credit Transactions.
Ability To Work Independently: The Home Showroom Clerk May Be Required To Work On Their Own For Extended Periods, So It Is Important That They Are Self-Motivated, Able To Prioritize Tasks, And Work Efficiently Without Constant Supervision.
Knowledge Of Home Goods And Appliances: While Not Required, Having Knowledge And Experience In Home Goods And Appliances Can Be Beneficial In This Role. This Can Include A Basic Understanding Of Product Features And Specifications, As Well As Being Able To Make Recommendations To Customers Based On Their Needs And Preferences.
