As an Outbound BDR at Tegus, your mission is to generate a robust pipeline of qualified sales leads by arranging concept calls and in-person meetings between institutional investors and the Tegus sales team. You will take ownership of the new client development process by researching the market, identifying key targets, connecting directly with prospective clients, and facilitating introductory meetings with Account Executives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, communications, finance, economics, or 1+ year experience in client-facing and/or communications based internships or job.
  • Experience prospecting into a list of target accounts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm around cold calling, with the confidence to engage key decision-makers over the phone.
  • High level of energy, initiative, professionalism, coachability, and can-do attitude.
  • Persistence, drive, and a goal-focused mindset as you own projects from initiation to completion.
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail, plus the ability to effectively prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachability and learning agility suitable for an evolving competitive landscape.
