Dispute Analyst id-5009
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dispute Analyst to join our AR team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving disputes related to AR billing, supporting our customers to resolve billing defects, and driving root cause fixes.
Job Overview
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of disputes and drive root cause fixes to prevent future disputes. You will also support our customers to resolve billing defects and provide excellent customer service.

- Manage and resolve disputes related to AR billing
- Support customers to resolve billing defects
- Drive root cause fixes to prevent future disputes
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of disputes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Receivables, Collections, Dispute Management, Customer Care, or other customer-facing roles
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel is a must
