The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a Digital Product Leader, Data Science to lead the definition, development, and go-to-market strategy for our digital transformation and data science products within the bioprocessing domain. This is a strategic leadership role where you will be responsible for shaping our data science strategy and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. 

What you'll do:

About you:

  • 6+ years of experience as a technology lead or product lead, with a strong focus on datascience, Al/ML, or analytics products. 
  • Biopharma experience, a must
  • Data architecture & cloud experience, AWS ideally - Multi cloud experience is a plus, especially GCP
  • Ability to work with customer teams, both technical and non-technical
  • Proactive problem solver excited about the opportunity to build something from the ground up
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (PhD) in a relevant field is a plus.

Location & Schedule: 

  • This is a hybrid position. We’re looking for someone based in the San Francisco Bay Area who is able to work in person at our office in South San Francisco at least 2-3 days per week. 

Base Salary Range:

Culture Biosciences's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. Our expected salary range for this role is $250,000 - $275,000. Final offer may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
