About the position

This position provides Workplace Services (WPS) support for all BCBSA employees, visitors, and vendors. It serves as the primary point of contact for building management, third-party service providers, and WPS staff for onsite event coordination. The role requires regular interaction with all levels of BCBSA employees to address space and building system issues in real-time, ensuring high-level customer service. The ability to manage multiple WPS projects concurrently and maintain strong relationship management skills is essential.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in office administration, facility, or property management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow management tool.

Nice-to-haves

  • CFM (IFMA designation of Professional Facilities Manager) or FMA (BOMI equivalent of Professional Facilities Manager).
  • Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) experience.
