Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients via phone or video calls, assessing their health conditions and providing guidance.
- Offer advice and support on managing chronic conditions, medications, and overall health management.
- Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans for patients.
- Document patient interactions, medical histories, and treatment recommendations accurately.
- Ensure all patient data is handled confidentially in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on telehealth technologies and nursing practices to enhance patient care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License (Registered Nurse, LPN, or equivalent) in Pakistan.
- Proven experience in nursing, preferably with a focus on telehealth or remote healthcare services.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey medical information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual consultations.
- Ability to manage multiple patient cases efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of telemedicine laws and healthcare regulations.
- Strong attention to detail in documenting patient information.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate time management skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in a clinical or telehealth setting.
- Experience in providing virtual patient consultations or remote care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in patient education and chronic disease management is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, with the ability to work part-time or full-time.
- Shifts are available across different time zones to ensure 24/7 healthcare coverage.
- Option to work weekends or evenings based on patient needs and availability.
