*Role Summary:** We are seeking a Public Policy Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of the India Public Policy Team, you will be responsible for building Amazon's positions on existing and emerging policy issues, including developing possible policy solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public policy, with expertise in Western India's real-estate governance framework, warehousing regulations, multi-modal logistics network, supply chain ecosystems, labor laws, and security frameworks. You will use your commercial acumen to track policy and legislative developments, identifying and prioritizing issues relevant to the business. You will also work closely with business, policy, communications, and legal teams to build Amazon positions on existing and emerging policy issues.
