Servicing The Greater Indianapolis, Indiana area

Works remotely and is required to personally visit clients 2 to 3 days each week. Travel to regional Alverno locations will be required. Indianapolis area

WHAT WILL YOU DO

This individual is responsible for the customer service and advocacy activities within the current customer base through account management operations. The employee’s primary duty is to advocate for the needs of our customers with Alverno Laboratories operations and maintain the current customer base and supporting the sales staff through assisting with the set-up of new customers. Alert Account Executive of potential opportunities to expand sales to the existing client base or new clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in health or business administration or relevant experience in account management preferred.

One (1) year relevant sales experience including at least one (1) year of account management experience preferred.

Experience in management of customer accounts, goal setting, measuring outcomes, and performance matrix development.

Background in medical laboratory and/or knowledge of medical terminology is required.

Strong communication skills.

Time management skills.

Knowledge of local competitors.
