Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Workflow Leader to join our Amazon Flex team. In this role, you will define, own, and drive technical workflows that reduce manual work for core team members. You will improve code efficacy by designing appropriate monitors, alarms, and testing suites, leveraging high-judgement in determining risks, trade-offs, opportunity cost, and benefits in prioritizing work for our 3P tech partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical workflows to reduce manual work for core team members
- Improve code efficacy by designing monitors, alarms, and testing suites
- Leverage high-judgement in determining risks, trade-offs, and benefits in prioritizing work for our 3P tech partner
- Lead a team of 30+ through quarterly planning and hold stakeholders accountable to high throughput
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong program management background, high judgement and follow-through, and a well-rounded background in current web technologies. This role requires strategic thinking, project management, communication, influence, and trust-building skills to inform strategic initiatives, own projects from ideation to execution, and delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Bonus Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
