Player Support Lead

Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Player Support Lead to join the Netflix team and help us provide excellent customer service. We need someone who is highly organized, takes initiative, and can manage a team of Player Support Specialists. If you have a knack for problem-solving and can stay calm under pressure, then this position may be the perfect fit for you!To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service or technical support leadership role. You should also have an in-depth understanding of customer service best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.You should also be well-versed in customer service tools, such as CRM, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases.
