**Job description**
We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to join our team and help us create engaging and high-quality content for our YouTube channel. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing videos that are visually appealing, informative, and entertaining. You will work closely with our content creators to help them bring their ideas to life, and ensure that our videos are of the highest quality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Edit and produce videos for our YouTube channel, including selecting and arranging footage, adding music and sound effects, and creating transitions and effects.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop and refine video concepts and ensure that they align with our brand and vision.

- Use your creativity and technical skills to create engaging, visually appealing videos that captivate our audience and drive engagement.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, including adding metadata, optimizing thumbnails, and ensuring that videos meet YouTube's guidelines and standards.
- Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Continually seek to improve the quality and effectiveness of our videos, and provide feedback to content creators to help them improve their performance.
**Requirements**:
3+ years of experience in video editing for online media, with a focus on YouTube content. Proficiency in video editing software such as Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent creative and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing and engaging videos.
- Strong communication ( HIndi and English) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with content creators and other team members.
- A deep understanding of YouTube's guidelines and best practices, and the ability to optimize videos to meet these standards.
- Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for creating high-quality content that engages and entertains audiences.
