Remote Customer Service Representative at Delta Airlines | Full-Time Position | $45,000 – $55,000 Annual Salary


Job Description:

Delta Airlines is seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented professional for our remote Customer Service Representative position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication skills. The representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing information concerning our services. Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

2. Resolve customer complaints professionally

3. Provide information about our services and offers

4. Document and update customer records based on interactions

5. Develop and maintain a knowledge of our evolving services

6. Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

7. Follow-up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
