Instructions:

Record a 30-60 second voice note as if you are calling a prospect who received a quote from us 3 months ago but never moved forward.

Your goal:

Re-engage the prospect to see if they are still interested in pursuing their contractor license.

If they show interest, smoothly transition the call to a licensing specialist.

Tone & Delivery:

Be confident, professional, and engaging.

Sound natural, not overly scripted.

Show enthusiasm about helping them achieve their goal of becoming a licensed contractor.

Position: Part-Time Appointment Setter (Remote)

  • Hours: 4 hours per day
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Compensation:
  • Base Pay: $15/hour
  • Bonuses: Earn additional incentives based on appointments that convert to sent drafts
  • Top Performers Can Earn: $40+ per hour!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Aggressively call leads we haven’t been able to reach
  • Get prospects on the phone and engage them in conversation
  • Warmly transfer interested leads to a sales representative
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful connections
  • Track and update lead interactions in our system

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales or customer service experience required (call center, telemarketing, inside sales, or related experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A self-motivated and persistent individual who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections and re-engage leads professionally
  • Must be comfortable with computers and able to quickly learn new apps, software, and programs
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
