Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of NLP and Generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability across the organization.
- Conduct applied research in NLP to identify and deploy advanced techniques that enhance our data science capabilities, focusing on delivering practical business solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation by staying abreast of the latest trends in AI and NLP, and actively sharing knowledge and insights to contribute to the collective growth and technical proficiency of the team.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using agile methodologies, ensuring efficient progress from conception to deployment.
What We Offer:
An estimated annual salary of $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
