Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with EAP Worklife customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to EAP Worklife services. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries. Promote the well-being of CVS Health's employees by providing support and resources through the EAP Worklife program. Adhere to company standards and guidelines for customer service and confidentiality. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Follow all company policies and procedures related to customer service and ethical business conduct.
