Key Responsibilities
- Certification Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential for this position.
- Scrub Experience: You must have experience working as a scrub technician in robotics and endovascular vascular cases.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized operating room environment, adhering to strict protocols and standards, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Surgical Technologist is required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Although not mandatory, having an NBSTSA CST license is highly preferred.
Work Environment and Schedule
- On-Call Requirements: You will be required to work on-call every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- Guaranteed Hours: We offer a guaranteed 36 hours of work per week.
- RTO Restrictions: Your requests off should not exceed 5 days.
