Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM practice.

Responsibilities:
Cover the payroll processing of Uruguay, Mexico and Chile. Preferably based in the US, open to other locations with the right profile.

Required Qualification(s):
- Uruguay payroll & legislative experience (2-4 years)
- Strong understanding of Uruguayan labor laws (e.g., BPS, DGI, MTSS, Banco de Seguros del Estado regulations).
-Experience handling salary structures, deductions, and benefits (social security, health insurance, Aguinaldo, IRPF, etc.).
-Familiarity with local payroll cycles (e.g., biweekly/monthly payments).

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date, with an initial duration through to end of August 2025, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Full time

Working Hours: Standard LATAM hours
