Job Description
The Yield Analysis (YA) Engineer at Intel will play a key role in monitoring and analyzing yield performance on Intel platforms. Job Qualifications
- Computer Science
- Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering
- Or Equivalent Experience
- + Years Of Experience In Yield/Reliability/Test Engineering
- Familiarity With Intel Yield Analysis Tools And Processes
- Knowledge Of Semiconductor Process Technology And Semiconductor Device Physics
- Familiarity With Statistical And Data Analysis Methods
