Specialty Customer Support Executive
Description
• Support selected strategic accounts for account retention and new sales • Provide all sales related support, reporting and procedures • Responsible for on-boarding, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with key accounts • Provide training on new product lines ensuring smooth submission of orders • Utilize comprehensive analysis to target low volume clients.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Business or Life Sciences • Preferred 3+ years of Client Services, Account Management or Sales Experience in Diagnostics segment • Women's healthcare experience and relationships with IVF clinics, Gamete Donor banks, large OB consortiums and hospital and health systems highly preferred • Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience highly desired • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Salesforce experience is preferred
