Workflow Optimization Specialist with Monday.com and ChatGPT Expertise ID-1067

Alter New Media, a purpose-driven marketing agency, is seeking a Workflow Optimization Specialist with expertise in Monday.com (certification preferred but not required) and ChatGPT (including custom GPTs).

Since 2018, Alter New Media has supported nearly 1,000 mission-driven companies, creators, and thought leaders worldwide. We specialize in branding, digital marketing, public relations, partnership facilitation, and digital production, empowering our clients to elevate their visibility, impact, and revenue while making a difference in the world.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a consultant to help us refine and optimize our workflows in Monday.com, ensuring our systems are efficient, scalable, and easy for our assistant team to implement.

Scope of Work
Audit and Assessment:

Review our current Monday.com setup, including boards, automations, and workflows.
Identify inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Framework Development:

Build a streamlined project management framework within Monday.com tailored to our agency’s unique needs.
Design workflows, automations, and integrations to improve task tracking, collaboration, and reporting.

ChatGPT Integration:

Use ChatGPT to assist in creating or refining SOPs, templates, and documentation that align with the updated framework.
Provide insights on how custom GPTs can be leveraged to support ongoing operational needs.

Implementation Support:

Deliver a clear roadmap for implementing the framework, including training materials or user-friendly documentation.
Offer a short training session for our assistant team to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

Monday.com Expertise: Extensive experience with Monday.com, including advanced workflows, automations, and integrations. Certification is preferred but not required.

AI Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ChatGPT and custom GPTs, with the ability to integrate AI into workflows and operational processes.
Operational Excellence: Proven experience developing scalable and efficient workflows for teams.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with founders and team members to understand our operational challenges and deliver tailored solutions.

Project Details
