Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls (70-80 Connected/Active Calls per day) to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Generate and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 years of experience in tele sales** or a similar role.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Skills:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good time management skills to handle a high volume of calls daily.
