RN Med/Surg (Nights)
Salary Range Hourly: $24.48 - $39.16
Salary Range Annually: $50,918 - $81,453
Sign On Bonus: $ 5,000

This is a permanent need. Do not need traveler candidates for this need.
- Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- The client utilizes Allscripts Paragon
- Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations
- Must be able and willing to float without hesitation
- The nurse will have 6 patients with 2 LMA to assist on each floor
- 18 staffed beds
- 4 to 6 week orientation before going on to the floor- Great
- Under general supervision, plans directs, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in one unit on a particular shift, in accordance with established philosophy. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units; participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel. The ANAs standards apply to all nurses in all settings, and additional specialty standards apply to all specialty nurses defining what is a competent or an excellent clinician. - Will take NEW GRADS with a temp or active NH license
- Will consider ASNs
- BSN - Preferred
- PALS & Tele Strip Certified - Preferred

- License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), ACLS, and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
