Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring the achievement of client satisfaction and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and needs, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive account growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring that all goals and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account health and strategic initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to optimize value for both CVS Health and the client.
- Assist in the development of account-specific proposals and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, with a focus on managing large or strategic accounts.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships and a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve client outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other business-related tools.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior account management, client services, or related roles within a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Remote work environment, with occasional travel required for client meetings or company events.
