Full Job Description

NextGEN an Amazon Delivery Partner is now recruiting delivery drivers!

  • Salary: $20.50 per hour
  • At least 21 years and valid driver’s license

Deliver to residential and commercial locations on delivery vans with cutting edge route technology. Ideal candidates are energetic team players who put safety first and care deeply about customer satisfaction.

  • 10 hour/day shifts.
  • Full time 3 or 4 days per week
  • Rotations might include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, no exceptions.

Individual Responsibilities:

Team Responsibilities:

  • Help team to be loaded and ready to leave station on time.
  • Rescue routes when needed (No team member left behind, ever!).
  • Assist in training other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Clean and professional appearance.
  • Valid driver’s License and Social Security card.
  • Tech savvy, use handheld technology to follow map, scan packages, etc.

Must feel comfortable:

  • Driving and delivering in Miami metro area weather (rain, wind, heat).
  • Lifting packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Getting in and out of a van quickly throughout the day.

Experience:

  • Driving 1 year
  • Delivery, commercial or work-related driving a plus but not required
  • Spanish is a plus but not required
