Recruiter for Phone Screenings
I'm seeking someone strong in phone and video screening candidates and providing notes / summarizing the calls. The ideal candidate has recruiting experience, I'd consider someone who has similar experience and ready to learn.
Will start as part time and hours will grow.

- Recruiting or similar experience (specialties / niche)
- Comfortable interviewing candidates over both phone and video?
- Calls on both phone and video will be off dialpad or similar system, have you used a calling platform like that before?
- All calls will be recorded so we can review both for submitting candidates and also for training purposes, are you comfortable with that?
- Do you use calendly or similar?
- How many hours and what schedule are you looking for ideally?
- Have you worked with an ATS? If so, which?
