Compensation:

  • In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
  • This part-time position is budgeted for 20 hours/week, with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am-12pm.

 

Role Summary

As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will be pivotal in supporting children, youth, and families facing lifes toughest challenges. Whether you provide hands-on case management, help to develop life skills, or provide emotional support, your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

How you will Impact Change:

  • Obtains program performance data by running database reports and/or working with program directors and supervisors to obtain necessary data.
  • Analyzes performance data, comparing actuals to program goals, as listed in program logic models, and produces program performance measure reports on at least a quarterly basis.
  • Creates and oversees client satisfaction surveys and aggregate data for quarterly program meetings.
  • Participates in the creation and analysis of the annual Community Partner Survey for programs.
  • Create aggregate one-pager outcome reports annually based on the program's quarterly outcome reports.

 

Education and Credentials

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited university is required. An associate degree with at least two years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in quality improvement, outcomes, or similar disciplines is required.
