Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and update production schedules to align with customer orders and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and customers to adjust schedules as needed.

Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for production and customer needs.
- Plan and execute regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full inventory audits) to verify accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

Resource Optimization:
- Coordinate material and labor requirements to optimize production efficiency.
- Identify and address potential shortages or bottlenecks in the production process.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on production performance, inventory trends, and resource utilization.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Supplier Coordination:
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Communicate production needs and changes to suppliers as required.

- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to production and inventory management.
