Adobe is looking for a Senior Operations Audit Manager for our Sales Compensation Operations Function who will be responsible for leading all aspects of internal operating controls, processes, and practices. Design, implement, and test internal end-to-end controls to mitigate risks associated with comp payouts. Monitor progress of tasks and key deadlines. Help create a sustainable structure to monitor progress of the operational audit program Implement an audit tool and automate existing processes. Collaborate with Compensation Leadership to determine end-to-end audits required. Develop and track metrics to assess internal team effectiveness: Review team capacity, error rate, case management SLA, process improvement effectiveness. Maintain controls required for accurate payout of commissions. Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales team metrics.

Job Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in audit, data analytics with proven experience scaling up

Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques

Prior success conducting external or internal audits

Experience with ICM/SPM tools (Callidus, Anaplan, Xactly) a plus
