About the Role: As Director, Government & Public Affairs, you will play a key role in shaping NIKE's public policy agenda and advancing our advocacy priorities around the world. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Government & Public Affairs, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing advocacy strategies to support NIKE's business objectives and advance key policy priorities
- Building and maintaining relationships with government officials, policymakers, NGOs, and other stakeholders to influence policy outcomes
- Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments at the global, national, and local levels and providing strategic guidance on potential impacts to NIKE
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate government affairs considerations into business decisions and initiatives
- Leading public affairs campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness of NIKE's efforts in sustainability, diversity, and social responsibility
- Representing NIKE in industry associations, coalitions, and other forums to drive collective action on shared policy goals
- Managing a team of government affairs professionals and external consultants to support NIKE's advocacy efforts
