5. Coordination with Other Departments:
  • Work closely with the ships staff, including the hotel director, food and beverage manager, and housekeeping, to ensure smooth operation of events and activities.
  • Coordinate with the shore excursions team to promote and organize onshore activities.
6. Guest Relations:
