The ideal candidate will be:
✅ A LinkedIn expert—you know how to generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn.
✅ A master of outreach—you write compelling, conversion-focused messages that spark interest.
✅A content creation powerhouse – you create compelling and engaging organic content for LinkedIn, as well as to support our Sales Team, that truly speaks to our target audiences.
✅ Highly collaborative—you work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
✅ Data-savvy—you analyse engagement trends and optimise for better conversion.
✅ A strategic thinker—you understand the bigger picture of demand generation and sales pipelines.
🚀 Bonus points if you have experience in HR, L&D, EdTech, or startups!
Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Write and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage B2B prospects.
🔹 Respond to all LinkedIn communication, ensuring all leads are engaged effectively.
🔹 Collaborate closely with the sales team, who will engage leads directly.
🔹 Manage prospect data in HubSpot, keeping records up to date and ensuring smooth handovers.
🔹 Track and report on LinkedIn campaign performance, iterating based on data insights.
