Providing multi-skilled analytics and reporting by generating and leveraging everything from identified key metrics to analysis through a proactive, detail-oriented and forward-thinking perspective that enables understanding of the workforce and organization
Managing, coordinating, and supporting deliverables for recurring and ad-hoc HR programs and processes (e.g., payroll, merit, incentives, talent acquisition, talent planning, FTE reporting, etc.)
Maintaining systems, data bases, processes employee/position changes and ensuring associated data integrity.
Providing support to multiple ad-hoc projects and ongoing programs.
Qualifications – BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Your formula for success…
Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Math, Statistics, or related fields with relevant work experience.
Minimum 3-5 years as a HR Generalist, with data management and analytics focus desired data management.
Demonstrated experience supporting administration of compensation.
Proficient skills in data mining and manipulation (with employee data, organizational data, and external data)
Demonstrated ability to handle and protect highly confidential and critical information.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with teams and key stakeholders to enable project completion with competing priorities and deliverables in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
