Job Summary: Under direct supervision performs research and root cause analysis for customers. Assists with recommendations and implementations for new processes and solutions. This is an entry level position performing routine

assignments.

Hybrid Role: 2 Days in Office (Newark) 3 Days WFH

Responsibilities:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. .

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in operational role.
  • Role is both administrative and analytical, with a heavy emphasis on administrative tasks.

Knowledge:

  • Strong Power Point skills strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office products to include (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
  • Team Player, Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.

Travel:

  • Some travel may be required.
