We are hiring a Equity Administration Manager to help found our future team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced start-up environment to help build out Pulley’s current and future equity administration offerings. We endeavor to bring a modern, technology driven approach to traditional equity administration services including SBC reporting, cap table management and reconciliation, among other services. As an Equity Administration Manager, you will partner with the customer, other members of the Pulley onboarding and service teams for founders and business owners. You will have a significant opportunity to shape the trajectory of our service offering and in so doing help to deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers. This is an opportunity to couple prior education and experience with Pulley’s modern technology forward approach.

🛠 Responsibilities

Perform core equity management functions on behalf of customers including:

Onboarding complex cap tables to the Pulley platform

Performing transfer agency services

Conduct SBC reporting

Review cap tables for accuracy, and perform catch ups as needed

Process new equity or security needs for customers

Update cap tables following significant capital activities

Provide regular status updates regarding cap table and equity utilization

Ensure that customer 409(a) status is kept up-to-date and unexpired

Interface directly with customers to deliver a world class experience

Support major decisions regarding team buildout and operational policies and procedures for new services offered by Pulley which do not exist today

Define and support the implementation of equity administration workflows, applying best practices and process efficiencies

Serve as a technical equity administration expert and key advisor on significant decisions for the team relative to effective customer onboardings and Pulley services

🙌 Qualification

5+ years of cap table management or cap table software experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Pulley experience preferred

Exposure to complex cap table structures or fundraising workflows

Experience with SBC reporting

Passion for technology and a desire to use technology to improve business operations

Experience scoping out system requirements and implementing new systems

Strategic thinker with the ability to master both the details and the big picture

Ability to handle many projects at once without losing track of the details

Comfortable with ambiguity, excellent work ethic and likes to take ownership of your work

Annual Salary Range: $85,000—$105,000 USD
