As a 3D Modeling Expert, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and models that bring together data, drawings, and schedules associated with the design and construction phases of the project. You will work closely with the BIM team to ensure efficient and effective project management.
A successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination/management roles within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms. Profound knowledge and experience in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks are essential. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team are also required.
The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the integration of BIM models from various disciplines to ensure a cohesive and accurate project representation
- Extract material take-offs for different L.O.D.s to be used for QC, procurement, and scheduling departments
- Report changes according to RFIs, coordination, and design changes to generate cost-impact analysis report
