Job Title: Small Business Cash Management Advisor

This role is a remote position that can sit anywhere on the East Coast. The Pennsylvania location is Eastern PA (Greater Philadelphia Area).

Job Summary

The Small Business Cash Management Advisor partners with Small Business Wellness Advisors and Retail Branch teams to acquire, expand and retain business clients with fundamental to advanced cash management needs.

Responsibilities

Education Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in training and experience (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in a client-focused environment with aggressive growth and service goals (required)
  • 1-3 years interpreting and understanding financial statements (required)

Tactical Skills

  • Excellent Bank product and service knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong customer service/advocacy skills
  • Strong marketing and negotiation skills

Core Competencies

Travel

  • Occasional travel to include overnight stay

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $28.85to $31.73 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes short-term incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
