- Over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, either within an agency or as a brand marketer in a client-focused context.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and interpret research and analytical results to drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience in managing campaigns with a focus on the Latino/multicultural market is advantageous.
- Robust experience in Brand, Digital, and Integrated Communications.
- Outstanding organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving (moderation experience is a plus).
