People Operations Administrator

Calendly’s People team is looking for a People Operations Admin to set up our people for success. This role will involve supporting the People Operations team through administrative tasks and inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Inbox and People Help Center inquiries.
  • Conduct Workday transactions and generate reports.
  • Support administrative projects and audits.
  • Perform daily administrative duties for People Operations.
  • Cross-train with People Ops peers.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience
