As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing technologies within the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.

- Model health & safety best practices and monitor those around you.
- Work hands-on, demonstrating SME knowledge on MHE equipment.
- Coach and mentor technicians on shift.
- Provide high levels of equipment availability through troubleshooting and prioritizing.
- Support continuous improvement of systems across the EU network.
- Develop and maintain relationships across all levels in the organization.
- Understand OEE and equipment performance metrics.
- Manage contractors.
- Coach the operational team on correct equipment use.
- On-site support for high severity tickets.
- Manage escalations to specialist subcontractors.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory using EAM system.
- Coordinate/planned preventative maintenance on MHE equipment.
We welcome candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Leeds, GBR
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Served a full engineering indentured apprenticeship or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 (must hold Level 3 qualification with satisfactory Guided Learning Hours).
- Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
- Solid foundational knowledge of PLC based controls systems.
- Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven ability to supervise and influence others on the team.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload.
- Experience of multi-contractor management.
- Experience in a multi-site environment.
- Experience in fault finding on building equipment.
