Crescent Capital Group is seeking an Associate to join the Investor Relations team in its Los Angeles office. The Investor Relations team is responsible for fundraising support, onboarding, and client service across Crescent’s platform

Fundraising Support

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Fundraising Support
- Coordinate Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”), due diligence questionnaires (“DDQs”) and other requests for information
- Create and update marketing matrials (.g. pitch books, tear sheeets) and other customized presentations
- Maintain fund datarooms throughout fundraising periods
- Populate consultant and other databases with firm and product information
- Create, distribute, and track customized reporting (e.g. custodian reporting, SMA deliverables)
- Coordinate materials for client reviews
- Serve as a liaison between investors, back office administrators and internal departments to provide best in class service to our investor base
- Process investor-initiated transactions (e.g. subscriptions, redemptions, transfers of interest)
- Complete investor-initiated diligence questionnaires
- Assist with strategic initiatives and projects
- Manage ongoing diligence requests received from our fund administrators and other partners
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Knowledge of capital markets (e.g. high yield bonds, broadly syndicated loans) and/or alternative investments
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task without sacrificing quality
- Highly collaborative with exceptional communication skills
- Very strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $125,000 - $135,000k + bonus + benefits.
- Crescent's salary ranges are determined by role, duration of direct experience, and internal and external pay equity considerations.
