We're seeking a full-time IT Support Engineer for our Whitestown, IN-based distribution center and office, who will play a pivotal role within our IT department. This individual will provide onsite support within the warehouse.
Job Responsibilities
• Install and update workstations and software packages, resolving any issues occurring during the process
• Assist Senior IT manager with the management of IT technicians
• Work with cross-functional departments to ensure successful IT implementations
• Manage inventory/asset management for equipment by providing check in/out to associates
• Test and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, zebra printers, android, iOS devices, network and other hardware devices
• Ensure daily operations continue to operate as expected
• Manage Office 365 experience including but not limited to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra, Intune
• Contact vendors for maintenance and warranty replacement, as needed
• Follow security procedures to ensure security of the overall network of the company
• Work with associates to guide and troubleshoot daily shipping processes
• Provide guidance to 1,000+ end-users and ensure the complete resolution of problems
• Work with IT team and vendors to execute new projects and the implement new systems
• Test and identify procedures and document findings
• Create and maintain training documentation for IT processes and procedures leveraging PowerPoint and provide to associates, when needed
• Install servers and other network equipment
• Create and maintain Windows images for deployment
• Ability to work on an on-call rotation (may include weekends)
Job Requirements
• 6+ years of experience with IT support in an enterprise environment is preferred
• Strong experience providing Windows/PC support for enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Endpoint Management solutions, task manager, and similar tools
• Network troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Excellent time management, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android, and iOS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD and Intune
• Basic knowledge of printer troubleshooting (Zebra printers)
• Ability to document and track issues in enterprise ticketing system
• Experience and knowledge with MDM solutions
