• Compliance Support: Assist in tracking and reporting regulatory changes and aligning company practices with safety regulations.
• Incident Reporting: Facilitate the submission and follow-up of incident reports, organizing related documentation.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for EHS inquiries and distribute updates or safety bulletins.
• General Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage administrative aspects of health and safety programs.
• Familiarity with EHS concepts or experience with systems like Riskonnect (preferred but not required).
